��'��o��u�� <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �-3 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Camelot <br /> Drive approaching Mound Road shall stog and yield the right-of- <br /> way to vehicles on Mound Road which have entered the intersection <br /> of said streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to <br /> constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped <br /> and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe <br /> interval occurs. <br /> Section 2 . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Edward Street <br /> approaching Garfield Avenue from either the north or south shall <br /> stop and yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Garfield Avenue <br /> which have entered the intersection of said streets or which <br /> are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate <br /> hazard, but said driver having so stopped and yielded the <br /> right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs . <br /> Section 3 .
