That the City Code be, and the same is <br /> hereby, amended at Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Chapter 43 thereof <br /> so that said sections as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> 1. The same having been duly placed and <br /> remained on file as required, and subject to the <br /> additions , modifications , changes and deletions <br /> set out herein, the BOCA Basic Fire Prevention <br /> Code/1981 of Building Official� and Code <br /> Administrators International , Inc. is hereby <br /> adopted by reference. ; <br /> 2 . The code adopted hereby may be cited and I, <br /> known as the Fire Prevention Code and is so re- ' <br /> ferred to herein. <br /> 3.
