The following numbered sections in said Code <br /> are hereby modified and amended as herein indicated: <br /> (a) 105 . 3 by adding: All underground tanks on the <br /> site shall be removed and all wells, cisterns , septic tanks and <br /> similar structures broken open and, along with all excavations , � <br /> filled with earth, or inert material, and compacted to eliminate <br /> voids . Final grading shall be done with material suitable for the <br /> proposed use. <br /> (b) 111.2 by deleting all verbiage after the word fee. ' <br /> (c) 111 .6 by deleting the last sentence. <br /> (d) 111. 4 by substituting the phrase, "by ordinance <br /> shall have been paid to the City Treasurer, " in lieu of the phrase, <br /> "in this section shall have been paid to the Department of <br /> Building Inspection or other authorized agency of the jurisdiction.
