PErITION F�DR ORDINANCE AME�IDNIEIVT <br /> �: The Mayor and City Council <br /> Members of the City Plan Carmission <br /> Deca.tur, Illinois <br /> The undersigned, Charles Cherches, Director of <br /> Cc�munity Develo�ent, hereby request tha.t the Zoning <br /> Ordinance (Ordinance #35I2) be amended at Sections XXIII.C. <br /> and XXVII.C. relative to filing fees for petitions requesting <br /> an amenclment,change, or variation of the provisions of the <br /> ordinance and zoning districts. <br /> More specifically, the last sentence of the first <br /> paragraph under Section XXIII.0 is proposed to read as follaws: <br /> "A fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) s,hall accompany all notices of <br /> appeals." �u ther, the last sentence of Section �VII.0 is <br /> proposed to read as follows: <br /> "A fee of Si�y Ibllars ($60.00) sha11 be paid at the time of filing, <br /> to cover the cost of publica,tion of notice of hearing on said petition <br /> and other costs incidental to such hearing. <br /> In each of the above referenced sections, an existing filing <br /> fee figure of $10.00 is included therein.
