That forthwith upon the passage of this <br /> ordinance the Clerk of the City shall file a certified copy <br /> hereof with the County Clerk of Macon County, Illinois, and it <br /> shall be the duty of said County Clerk to annually in and for <br /> each of the years I982 and 1998, inclusive, ascertain the rate <br /> necessary to produce the remainder of the tax heretofore levied <br /> and as shown hereinabove in Section 1 hereof and to extend the <br /> same for collection on the tax books against all of the taxable <br /> property situated within this City �.n connection with other taxes <br /> levied in each of said years for c�,ty purposes and in each of <br /> said years such annual tax shall be computed, extended and collected <br /> in the same manner as now or hereafter provided by law for the <br /> computation, extension and collection of taxes for general <br /> purposes of said City. <br /> Section 3 . That the Official Statement, as revised, is <br /> hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Director, <br /> Depart�nent of Finance, is hereby authorized, empowered and directed <br /> to execute and deliver such Official Statement, as revised, in <br /> the name and behalf of the City. <br /> Section 4.
