R a_,2 � ` <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> � CHAPTER 17..1 - TRANSIT ADVISORY COMMISSION <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code be, and it is hereby <br /> amended at Section 2 of Chapter 17 . 1 thereof so that said <br /> section as so amended shall provide as follows : <br /> "2 . A Chairman and a Vice-Chairman <br /> of the Commission shall respectively be selected <br /> by the Commission from among the members thereof <br /> that are not officers or employees of the City. " <br /> Section 2.
