That all ordinances, in particular Ordinance <br /> No. 6048 adopted March 10, 1975 , resolutions, orders or parts <br /> thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance to the <br /> extent of such conflict, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 10.
