Section 3. That the form, terms and provisions of the Indenture presented to this meeting be, and they hereby are, in all respects authorized and approved, and that the P�ayor and City Clerk of the City be, and they are hereby author- ized, empowered and directed to execute, seal with the corporate seal of the City, acknowledge and deliver the Indenture in the name and on behalf of the City in substantially the form before this meeting and hereby approved, or with such chan�es therein as shall be approved by said off icials of the City executing the same, including without limitation, such changes as shall be necessary to conform to the terms of the Bonds hereinafter authorized, their execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of their approval and the approval of the Issuer of any and all changes or revisions therein from the form of the Indenture before this meeting. Section 4.
