provisions of the Bond Purchase Agreement presented at this meeting be, and they hereby are, in all respects authorized and approved, and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver the Bond Purchase Agreement in the name and on behalf of the City in substantially the form before this meeting and hereby approved, or with such changes therein as shall be approved by said officials of the City executing the same, their execution thereof to constitute . conclusive evidence of their approval and the approval of the Issuer of any and all changes or revisions therein f rom the form of the Bond Purchase Agreement before this meeting. Section 7. That the forms of the Bonds contained in the Indenture, sub�ect to appropriate insertions and revisions in order to comply with the provisions of the Indenture (as executed and delivered) be, and the same are hereby approved, and when the same shall be executed on behalf of the City in the ma.nner contem- plated by the Indenture and this Ordinance, they shall represent the approved forms of the Bonds of the City. Section 8. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City be and are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to issue � and deliver the Bonds and the coupons appertaining to the coupon Bonds to the Underwriter upon receipt of the purchase price therefor, as provided in the Bond Purchase Agreement and approved hereby. -8-
