The form, terms and provisions of the <br /> Indenture be, and they hereby are, in all respects approved, I' <br /> and the assignment therein of the Security Agreement, and the <br /> Mayor and the City Clerk of the Issuer be, and they hereby are, <br /> authorized, empowered and directed to execute, attest and deliver <br /> the Indenture in the name and on behalf of the Issuer and thereupon <br /> to cause the Indenture to be delivered to the Trustee, and the <br /> Indenture shall constitute a first lien upon the moneys paid <br /> under the Agreement and the Note and assigned and pledged pursuant <br /> to the Indenture for the security of the Bond issued thereunder, <br /> and the Security Agreement shall be assigned pursuant to the <br /> Indenture to the Trustee as described in the Indenture; the <br /> Indenture is to be in substantially the form presented to and <br /> before this meeting and hereby approved or with such changes <br /> therein as shall be approved by the Mayor of the Issuer, his <br /> execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of his approval <br /> of any and all changes or revisions therein f rom the form of <br /> -5- <br />
