. <br /> � , . <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 1981 <br /> On Monday, December 21, 1981, the City Council of the City <br /> of Decatur, I1linois, met in regular meeting at 7 : 30 P. M. in their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the City Council Chambers, One Civic <br /> Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor Elmer W. Walton presided; <br /> together with him being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Erik C. Brechnitz, <br /> Charles Harris, Jr. , William F. Oliver, Nick Striglos and James T. <br /> Turner. Al1 seven members of the Council were present. None were <br /> absent. Mayor Walton declared a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> 55456 Ordinance No. 81-131 , authorizing issuance of Industrial Revenue <br /> Development Bonds for Mueller Co. , was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Harris moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Brandt, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Striglos, Turner and Mayor Walton <br /> voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Brandt moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman 0liver, and on call of <br /> the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Striglos, <br /> Turner and Mayor Walton voted aye. Mayor Walton declared the meeting <br /> adjourned at 8 : 32 P. M. <br /> City erk <br />
