That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto <br /> not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed <br /> to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois . <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4.
