ORDINANCE N0. �( - ��G I AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY wHEREAS , on the 3rd day of December, 1981 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of James E. Masey to rezone premises described as : . Commencing at the Southeast conrer of Lot Four in Block Five of May Bros . & Travers Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section Three , Township Sixteen North, Range Two East of the 3rd P .M. , as per Plat recorded in Book 22 on Page 588 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , thence West 168 1/4 feet; thence North 36 3/4 feet; thence East 168 1/4 feet; thence South 36 3/4 feet to the point of beginning; from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, wHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file I and approved. , Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. Section 3 . That the districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance , and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out � herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said districts be , and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
