Chapter 12 <br /> (b) Administer and enforce the Zoning and <br /> Subdivision ordinances ; <br /> (c) Serve as staff for the City Plan Commission, <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals, Construction and <br /> Housing Board• of Appeals and the other <br /> boards, commissions and committees of the <br /> City within its concerns ; <br /> (d) Formulate and administer a program or <br /> programs of community renewal; <br /> (e) Administer the codes and ordinances of the <br /> City relating to buildings, housing, mechanica <br /> systems , property maintenance , flood plains , <br /> mobile homes and related matters; <br /> (f) Keep records of applications , permits, <br /> inspections, certificates and other matters <br /> connected with its work and responsibilities; <br /> (g) Review and make recommendations regarding <br /> street or other vacations, annexations, real <br /> estate acquisitions or dispositions , and <br /> similar matters as may be referred to it; <br /> (h) Perform such other functions and d��ties as <br /> may be assigned from time to time by the <br /> City Manager. <br />
