� y <br /> Section 8. The use of the Preliminary Composite Official <br /> Statement dated November 6, 1981, is hereby ratified, approved <br /> and confirmed. The form, terms and provisions of the Official <br /> Statement with respect to the Issuer (other than the Appendices <br /> thereto as to which no approval is expressed) be, and they hereby <br /> are in all respects approved, and the Mayor of the Issuer is <br /> hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute the OfFicial <br /> Statement and cause the same to be delivered to the Underwriter. <br /> Section 9. From and after the execution and delivery <br /> of said documents, the proper officials, agents and employees of <br /> the Issuer are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to do <br /> all such acts and things and to execute all such documents as <br /> may be necessary to carry out and comply with the provisions <br /> of said documents as executed and to further the purposes and <br /> intent of this Ordinance, including the preambles hereto. <br /> Section 10. All acts and doings of the officials, a�ents <br /> and employees of the Issuer which are in conformity with the <br /> purposes and intent of this Ordinance and in furtherance of the ' <br /> issuance and sale of the Series 1981 Bonds in the aggregate ' <br /> principal amount of $5,650,000 and the financing of the Pro�ect II <br /> be, and the same hereby are, in all respects approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 11. The provisions of this Ordinance are <br /> hereby declared to be separable, and if any section, phrase or <br /> provision shall, for any reason, be declared to be invalid, such <br /> declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder of <br /> the sections, phrases or provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> -9- <br />
