� . � ���R�3�1LiNED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. _�� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING' PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 3rd day of September, 1981, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatu= City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Sandra Schuerman to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot Seven (7) except the North 120.5 feet thereof in <br /> Block Three (3) of B.H. Cassell' s Sixth Addition, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 97, page 317 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORIi00D SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission reco�nended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and def�ned in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, conmionly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations , restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
