North Range 3 East of the 3rd I <br /> P .M. ; thence West a distance of 180 feet to the East ' <br /> right-of-way line of North Country Club Road; thence <br /> Northwesterl alon the said ri ht-of-wa <br /> Y g g y line on a curve <br /> to the right having a radius of 1233 .24 feet, a distance <br />� of 203 feet; thence North 55°30 ' East, a distance of 39- <br /> feet; thence South 55°30 ' East, a distance of 76 feet; <br /> thence South 76 °30 ' East, a distance of 132 .7 feet; thence <br /> South 05°00 ' East a distance of 135 . 48 feet to the place <br /> of beginning; and, . <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of all land within such territory and by at least 51$ of <br /> the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous <br /> to the City and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village <br /> or Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has <br /> been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, TLLINOTS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, ' <br /> annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of ' <br /> Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3.
