. , ��,t''�'L�� <br /> '��� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY ENTIRELY <br /> SURROUNDED BY THE CITY LIMITS OF DECATUR <br /> WHEREAS , certain unincorporated territory described as follows : <br /> Lot 4, McCaleb Resurvey as recorded in Book 802 <br /> page 92 of the records in the Recorder' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> is wholly bounded and surrounded by the boundaries of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS , such territory is less than sixty (60) acres in <br /> area; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Council finds that such territory should be <br /> annexed to the said City of Decatur, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS , notice of the contemplated annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That said territory or premises above described <br /> be , and the same are hereby, annexed to and made a part of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. , <br /> Section 2 . That a plat of said premises herein annexed is ' <br /> hereto attached and made a part hereof. '' <br /> Section 3 .
