�"�"��FILMED <br /> �`,.?:�9a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �- � �o <br /> AN OR.DINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCK TRAFFIC <br /> DIVISION STREET� <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, all trucks or other vehicles of the Second <br /> Division, as defined by the Illinois Vehicle Code, which have <br /> a Class C or higher letter (greater weight) license from the <br /> State of Illinois, or equivalent weight licenses issued by <br /> another state, are prohibited and excluded from the use of <br /> Division Street between 27th Street and Samuels Street; <br /> provided that, such prohibition of use shall not extend to fire , <br /> police, or other emergency vehicles , school busses , and trucks <br /> which have a Class C or higher letter (greater weight) license <br /> which are making service calls or deliveries to residences, <br /> businesses and construction sites located on said portion of <br /> Division Street. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
