� <br /> . <br /> , <br /> - ������Ii.N1ED. <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � �� <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 6th day of August, 1981 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Donald E. Weemer to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lot One (1) in Bloc]c Four (4) of Englewood <br /> Addition as per plat recorded in Book 149 <br /> page 106 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinos ; <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTTPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be , and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> 5ection 2 . That said described premises be , and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE D'ISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT . <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein . <br /> Section 4 .
