. .. i � <br /> .� ,�,�i�3i���� <br /> ORDINANCE NO.�_(o � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 2nd day of July, 1981, upon due notice , the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of LEO LUGARI to rezone premises described as : <br /> A part of Lot 3 of Video Place, as per plat recorded <br /> in Book 300 page 162 of the records in the Recorder' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as <br /> follows : That part of the East 179. 62 feet of the West <br /> 319 . 62 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22 , Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , lying north of the <br /> North Right of Way line of S,B,I , Route 47. (Except coal <br /> and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and <br /> all rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said <br /> coal and other minerals) ; <br /> from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in <br /> such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 20th day of July,l981. <br /> .��,�� ���'��2� <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C Y CLE K <br />
