r <br /> . <br /> :' � � j��CROfILMEp <br /> ORDINANCE NO.�_{�� <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received from Gates & Johnson <br /> Co. , an Illinois corporation, for the vacation of a certain public <br /> utility easement of the City of Decatur on and over property of <br /> said Gates & Johnson described as follows : <br /> S feet either side of the common line between <br /> lots 49 and 50 of Country Manor as per plat <br /> recorded in Book 1575 page 102 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS , petitioner Gates & Johnson Co . proposes to combine <br /> lots 48 , 49 and 50 of said Country Manor subdivision into lots 1 <br /> and 2 of a resurvey of said lots 48 , 49 and 50 and as part thereof <br /> to grant to the City an easement for public utility purposes over <br /> premises described as follows : <br /> 5 feet either side of the common line between lots <br /> 1 and 2 of the Resurvey of Lots 48 , 49 and 50 of <br /> Country Manor. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the easement first above described be, <br /> and the same is hereby vacated, said easement being shown on the <br /> plat thereof hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That the vacation herein provided for shall <br /> become effective upon the recording hereof and of the easement <br /> contained in the resurvey of lots 48 , 49 and 50 of Country Manor <br /> as above described. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this �3�ay of <br /> July, 1981 . <br /> /.E i�i��� <br /> .
