. , . <br /> P4'iONDAY, JUNE 15, 19 81 <br /> On Monday, June 15 , 1981, the City Council of the City of <br /> �ecatur, Illinois, met in regular meeting at 7: 30 P. M, in their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the City Council Chamber, One Civic <br /> Center Plaza, Decatur, Illinois . Mayor Pro-Tem Carol A. Brandt <br /> presided in the absence of Mayor Elmer W. Walton; together with her <br /> being Councilmen Erik C. Brechnitz, Charles Harris, Jr. , William F. <br /> Oliver and Nick Striglos. Six members of the Council were present. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Brandt declared a quorum present. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> 55217 Ordinance No. 81-52, ratifying and approving contract for <br /> Decatur Memorial Hospital Revenue Bonds , was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Brechnitz moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Turner, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> 13randt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Striglos and Turner voted aye. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Brandt declared the motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business, Councilman Brechnitz moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Harris, and on call of <br /> the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Brechnitz, Harris, Oliver, Striglos <br /> and Turner voted aye.
