A pazcel or tract of land which has been approved and developed for the placement of one or more mobile homes, either free of charge or for revenue purposes , including all accessory buildings , structures , utilities, faciliti.es, or uses. Section 3. That said Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Section III,A. thereof by substituting the words and figures , fourteen (14) , in Iieu of the words and figures , thirteen (13) , therein and by adding, PMR-1 Park Mobile Home Residence District, between B-4 Central Business District and M-1 Light Industrial District. Section 4 . That said Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is hereby, further amended by adding Section XIV-I, thereto between Sections XIV. and XV. thereof said added section to provide as follows : SECTION XIV-T. PMR-1 PARK 1�'iOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DISTRICT A. The regulations set forth in this Section or elsewhere � in this Ordinance when referred to in this Section are the �' regulations in the PMR-1 Park Mobile Home Residence District. ' B. USE REGULATIONS : A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes : 1. Placement and occupation of mobile homes as dwelling units. 2 , Mobile home park administration� 3. Supportive faca.lities customarily allied with dwell�ng uses , such as social , recreation, meeting� laundry, and like rooms , only if the use thereof is limited to park personnel and resid�nts and their guests , and �rhich are so designed and located as to exhibit such limited use and to discourage use by the general p�ublic, and which may include an interiorly located covenience store having no direct access to or orientation toward a public way. 4. Accessory buildings or use customarily incidental to any a� the foregoing uses in this Section.
