A pazcel or tract of land <br /> which has been approved and developed for the placement <br /> of one or more mobile homes, either free of charge or for <br /> revenue purposes , including all accessory buildings , <br /> structures , utilities, faciliti.es, or uses. <br /> Section 3. That said Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended at Section III,A. thereof by substituting <br /> the words and figures , fourteen (14) , in Iieu of the words and <br /> figures , thirteen (13) , therein and by adding, PMR-1 Park Mobile <br /> Home Residence District, between B-4 Central Business District <br /> and M-1 Light Industrial District. <br /> Section 4 . That said Zoning Ordinance be, and the same is <br /> hereby, further amended by adding Section XIV-I, thereto between <br /> Sections XIV. and XV. thereof said added section to provide as <br /> follows : <br /> SECTION XIV-T. PMR-1 PARK 1�'iOBILE HOME RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> A. The regulations set forth in this Section or elsewhere � <br /> in this Ordinance when referred to in this Section are the �' <br /> regulations in the PMR-1 Park Mobile Home Residence District. ' <br /> B. USE REGULATIONS : A building or premises shall be used <br /> only for the following purposes : <br /> 1. Placement and occupation of mobile homes as <br /> dwelling units. <br /> 2 , Mobile home park administration� <br /> 3. Supportive faca.lities customarily allied with <br /> dwell�ng uses , such as social , recreation, meeting� <br /> laundry, and like rooms , only if the use thereof is <br /> limited to park personnel and resid�nts and their <br /> guests , and �rhich are so designed and located as to <br /> exhibit such limited use and to discourage use by <br /> the general p�ublic, and which may include an <br /> interiorly located covenience store having no direct <br /> access to or orientation toward a public way. <br /> 4. Accessory buildings or use customarily incidental <br /> to any a� the foregoing uses in this Section. <br />
