Albright and Dean A. Albright requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as : � <br /> � Lot Ten (10) of Moses A. Nickey's Shore Acres Addition-� �� <br /> to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 300 Page 88 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> record of a11 land within such territor and b at least 51$ t <br /> , , Y y of he <br /> electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous <br /> to the City and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village 'I <br /> or Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given � required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS.: ' <br /> - Section l . That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, <br /> annexed to and are iiicorporated into the limits of the City of _ <br /> Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 .
