(h) Have a telephone, with a listed number, which <br /> number shall also be conspicuously posted at each garage <br /> facility, available for garage patrons to communicate with <br /> operator at all times. <br /> 16 . It is understood and agreed that City will at its <br /> own expense furnish all maintenance, upkeep and repairs for <br /> said faciiities and the equipment therein, except that Operator <br /> and hi s employees shall keep their immediate working area at the <br /> collection booths clean and neat. <br /> I7.
