- ;��'�R�fiLMFD, <br /> Y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � j - �b <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 1981 , upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of ARCHIE D. McLEAN to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lot Two (2) of B . Coombe First Addition to <br /> the City of Decatur as per plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 on Page 153 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> and also a tract of land described as commencing <br /> at the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of said B. <br /> Coombe First Addition; thence South 331 .80 <br /> feet along the West right-of-way line of SBI <br /> Route 121 to a point; thence Westerly 225 .00 <br /> feet along a line South of and parallel with <br /> the South line of said Lot 2; thence Northerly <br /> 331 . 80 feet along a line West of and parallel <br /> with the said Westerly right-of-way line of <br /> SBI Route 121 to a point on the South line of said <br /> Lot 2 ; thence Easterly 225. 00 feet along the <br /> South line of said Lot 2 to the Point of Beginning, <br /> and containing in all 9 .953 acres , more or less; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: ' <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> to B-2 COMMERCIAL DTSTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance , and all the provisions, regulations, <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
