- , `-- ��AMFD ORDINANCE NO.�� ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY - 729 SOUTH WEBSTER WHEREAS , on the 5th day of February, 1981, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of James Romano for a special permit to operate a residential care facility on premises located in the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as 729 South Webster, and legally described as follows : East half of Lot Eight (8) of the Subdivision of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. as per plat recorded in Book 22 Page 116 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that sai3 special permit be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the condition hereinafter set out, a special use permit for the operation of a residential care facility on the premises aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, approved and granted to James Romano. Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows : a. That the appropriate license for the operation of a residential care facility for developmentally disabled persons be obtained from the State of Illinois within five years of the date hereof, and that a residential care facility be in operation within such period, or ' the permit authorized hereby shall be null and void I without further action of the Council .
