Section 23. The Company shall have the authority to <br /> promulgate such rules , regulations , terms and conditions governing <br /> the conduct of its business not in conflict with the provisions <br /> hereof as shall be reasonably necessary to enable the Company to <br /> exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this ordinance, <br /> and to assure an uninterrupted service to each and all of its <br /> customers, copies of which shall be kept on file with the City <br /> Clerk and at the local office of the Company and there made <br /> available for public inspection. <br /> Section 24 . That charges made by the Company for <br /> services , including installation, repair, removal , regular service <br /> and any and all other charges made by the Company whatsoever with <br /> regard to the operation of said system shall be uniform; shall <br /> not discriminate between persons , firms, or corporations paying <br /> for the same or similar services; and shall be in accord with a <br /> current schedule of established rates filed with the City Clerk <br /> and there made available for public inspection which schedule <br /> if changed or modified shall also be published by the Company <br /> in the same manner as by law provided for publication of ordinances <br /> not less than ten (10) days before such changed rates are to <br /> become effective, proof of which publication shall be filed <br /> with said Clerk. <br />
