the <br /> Company, and if the Council does so disapprove said schedule <br /> or any of the charges set out therein, then the authorized <br /> charges established before the filing with the Clerk of said <br /> proposed schedule shall remain the authorized charges and be <br /> continued in force until such time as such a schedule, following the <br /> procedure hereby provided for, is not so disapproved, provided <br /> that whether a proposed schedule of charges be approved or <br /> disapproved, no further proposed schedule shall be tendered <br /> to or received by said Clerk within 90 calendar days following <br /> the date of the filing with the Clerk of said schedule which <br /> �,aas so approved or disapproved. <br /> Section 27 . That no officer or employee of the Company <br /> shall offer either directly or indirectly to any officer or <br /> employee of the City, and no officer or employee of the City shall <br /> accept either directly or indirectly any rebate, gift, money, <br /> free or discounted service or other thing of value, or have any <br /> financial interest in the Company or in the operations thereof <br /> under this ordinance except such as may accrue to and be used <br /> for the benefit of the City . <br /> Section 28 . That upon the termination of the right, <br /> privilege, permission and authority of this Ordinance granted, <br /> or upon the cessation of operations by the Company, all poles , <br /> wires , cables , towers, facilities, equipment and appurtenances <br /> of the Company shall be removed by the Company from all public <br />
