' � <br /> � :�1�1������ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 0 -/,3 � I�i <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY � <br /> WHEREAS , on the 4th day of December, 1980, upon due � <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon <br /> the petition of PINK LADY ,LAUNDRIES , INC. to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> The North 80 . 5 feet of the South 230 .5 feet <br /> of Lots 12 and 13, and also the West 44 feet <br /> of the South 150 feet of Lot 13, all of Greenwich <br /> Gardens , as per Plat recorded in Book 802, <br /> page 72 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the right- <br /> of-way of S .B. I. Route 121 along the East side of Lots <br /> 12 and 13 of said Greenwich Gardens, in the City <br /> of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE - <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT and B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in <br /> such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this ���day of December, 1980 . <br /> �{O� �����d <br /> MA OR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> C TY CL <br />
