v ,�IICROflLMED ORDINANCE NO.g U —I� � ORDINANCE MODIFYING CHARGES MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING SYSTEM AND AMENDING EXISTING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 80-75 passed and approved the 14th day of July, 1980, be, and the same is hereby, a�nended at Sections 4 and 5 thereof, said Sections as so amended to provide as follows: Section 4. That the monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the same in garages A and B and the upper level of garage C be, and the same is hereby established at $20 per month. Section 5. That the monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces in the lower level of garage C be, and the same is hereby established at $25 per month. Section 2. That the City Manager, be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow discounts of the rates established herein and elsewhere for use of the facilities of the Motor Vehicle Parking System of up to i0� for those users billed monthly for 25 or more parking spaces and up to 20� for those users billed monthly for 60 or more parking spaces. Section 3. That to the extent that existing provisions of other ordinances may be in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance such provisions of other ordinances be, and the same are hereby, modified and amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance, otherwise the same to remain in full force and effect. Section 4. That the foregoing provisions of this ordinance and the charges and rates established thereby shall become and be effective on and after the lst day of December, 1980, and until further order of the Council, and the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause this ordinance to be published.
