. • , O�RO��M� � ORD IN�NCE NO. �� -- � a 9 ORDINAi.vCE ��NDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 30 TRUCK LOADIVG ZONES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That Section 29 (b) of Chapter 30 of the City Code of Decatur be , and the same is hereby, amended so that as amended Section 29 (b) provides as follows : (b) Those parking spaces designated by ordinance as truck parking zones , when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, shall, between the hours of 6 :00 A.M. and 3 :00 P .M. of each day except Sunday and those holidays designated in this Chapter, be reserved for the parking of motor vehicles of the second division or any motor vehicle properly display- ing a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit as provided herein. During said time of said days , no vehicle other than a motor vehicle of the second division or a vehicle properly displaying said Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit shall be parked or stopped and left standing in such zones , and said vehicles allowed hereby to be parked in said zones shall be so parked during said time on said days only when the same are being loaded or unloaded. Vehicles other than motor vehicles of the second division or those displaying a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit may be parked in said zones after the hour of 3 :00 P .i�. and before the hour of 6 :00 A.M. on each day of the week. No vehicle of any kind whatsoever shall be parked in any said zone at any period for any time in excess of 30 minutes . Said zones shall be metered as provided for each nickel of coin of the United States inserted therein; provided that, a vehicle displaying a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit in the front windshield thereof may park in said zone for the time and purposes allowed herein without inserting coin of the United States in the meters located thereat.
