Campbell , Attorney-In-Fact for Phillip R. Duke, <br /> General Manager of Park 101 Development Company, requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> The South 75 feet of the North 100 feet of the <br /> Sflut,'� Hai f of the North Half of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of Section 36 , Township 17 North, Range <br /> 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEFcEAS , it appears said petition is signed by the owners of <br /> recnrd of all land within said territory and that no electors <br /> reside therein, and that sai d territory is contiguous to the City and <br /> not within the corporate limits of any City, Village or Incorporated <br /> Town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS , notice of intention to take ac�ion for annexation has <br /> been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI�IED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto <br /> not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, <br /> annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illir_ei�, a municipal corporation. <br /> � Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4.
