Burnett, Trust Officer for The First National <br /> Bank as Trustee under Trust No. 3159 , requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as : <br /> Lot 5 of Berry Addition, a subdivision in <br /> Macon County as recorded in Book 1832 , <br /> Page 85 of the records in the Re�order' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Iilinois ; and, <br /> WHE�AS, i� appears sai3 petiticn is signed by the owners <br /> of record of all land within such territory and that no electors <br /> reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village or <br /> Incorporated Town or �ther municipality; and, <br /> WIiEP,EAS , notice of intention to take action for annexat�on <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED B`I THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, I�,LINOIS : .., <br /> Section 1 .
