Akhinie has request that the building <br /> located at 530 North 18th Street in the City of Decatur be <br /> approved for use as a commodity scrap processing operation for <br /> plastics , said request being attached hereto and hereby made <br /> a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Building Inspector and the Fire Marshal have <br /> approved said building for such use. <br /> NOti�T, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the request of Felix D. Akhinie and the <br /> reports of the Building Inspector and the Fire Marshal be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
