, `�� <br /> � <br /> �' ORD INANCE NO. �� a — �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEF�.EAS, on the 4th day of September, 1980 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> f JON M. KNOOP to rezone remises described as: <br /> petition o p <br /> The East 127 . 25 feet of Lot 13 in P.P. <br /> Laughland' s Addition as per plat recorded <br /> in Book 149 page 203 of the records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> �4fiERE7�S,the Decatur City P1an Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved . <br /> Section 2. That said desczibed premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to B-1 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRTCT. <br /> Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur , Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth sha11 apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out <br /> herein sha11 be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in <br /> such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are <br /> hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED �ND RECORDED this /��ay of September, 1980 . <br /> MAYOR � ��� <br /> ATTEST : <br /> X..��� y <br /> CI CLERK <br />
