, . <br /> , , > > <br /> . . w W, <br /> W..,�. <br /> ORD IN.ANCE NO.� (� � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - TWIN OAKS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 1980 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of the Millikin National Bank, Trustee under Trust No. <br /> 2661, to amend a part of the Residence Development Plan heretofore <br /> granted by Ordinance No. 78-89 and subsequently amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 79-24 , said amendment to modify said Residence Development Plan <br /> only as to that portion of the premises described as follows : <br /> Part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of <br /> Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the <br /> 3rd P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, said tracts <br /> being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of the Southwest <br /> quarter of the Northwest quarter af said Section 3, <br /> running thence North for 1522. 56 feet; thence West <br /> for 660 .00 feet; thence South for 299 .64 feet; thence <br /> West 189 .42 feet; thence South for 709 . 35 feet; thence <br /> East for 424 .75 feet; thence South for 192 . 75 feet; thence <br /> East for 150 .00 feet; thence South for 320 .40 feet; thence <br /> East for 270 . 80 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br /> 22. 357 acres more or less; except Lots 1-4 of Twin Oaks <br /> lst Addition as per plat recorded in Book 1832 page 144 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That under the conditions hereinafter set c�uzt, � <br /> �h� aforementioned Residence Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended and petitioner b� and it is hereby,authorized <br /> and allowed to develop the above-described premises in conformity <br /> with the plot plan thereof attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br />
