r � ti <br /> � M�ROFlLMED <br /> ORDINANCE NO.g 0 - "� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - CAMELOT - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1980 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of Jeffrey D. Blackard to amend the R-3 Residence Development Plan <br /> established by Ordinance No. 5146 ,as amended, as to premises <br /> included within that plan and described as : <br /> The North 110 . 00 feet of the South 282. 00 feet <br /> of the East 115. 00 feet of Lot 71 of Camelot, the <br /> City of Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book 1575 <br /> on Page 120 of the records in the Recorder' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> said modification and amendment be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforementioned R-3 Residence Development <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby, amended and petitioner be, and he is <br /> herehy, permitted to develop and improve the above described property <br /> by constructing a 4-unit three bedroom apartment building as <br /> described in said petition and as shown on the plot plan thereof <br /> attached 'nereto, marked "Exhibit A" and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That no building permits for said premises shall be <br /> issued until petitioner provides the Engineering Division of the <br /> City with a detailed site plan of said premises showing the work <br /> to be done and improvements installed, including access points, <br /> curb cuts, storm drainage data, and location of parking stalls . <br /> Section 4 .
