� <br /> . 1nQ(����� <br /> �W. <br /> � ' ORDINANCE NO. ���-�—o�--.— <br /> >� <br /> ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 6080 <br /> Ai�ID REVOKING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> PERSHING MOBILE HOME SALES, INC. <br /> WHEREAS , upon the petition of Pershing Mobile Homes Sales , <br /> Inc. , the Council did by Ordinance No. 6080 passed the 19th day <br /> of May, 1975, grant to said corporation a special use permit <br /> to construct and operate a mobile home park on the premises in <br /> the City in said Ordinance described; and, <br /> W�iEREAS, for reasons outside the control of the corporation, <br /> or of the City, the purpose of said special use permit has been <br /> frustrated and the development of said project has been abandoned <br /> by said corporation; and, <br /> WHEREAS, by reason thereof said corporation has requested, <br /> and does now request, that said Ordinance be repealed and that said <br /> special use permit be revoked. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That Ordinance No. 6080 , passed the 19th day of <br /> May, 1975 , be, an3 �he sa,ne is here;�y, repealed, an3 tha �pecial <br /> use permit therein ordained be, and the same is hereby, revoked. <br /> Section 2 .
