• ' ` �ItCROF�LM� <br /> � , ^� <br /> `� " ORD INANCE No. a-� <br /> � <br />, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING M-3 LIMITED <br />' INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of June , 1980 , upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition <br /> of James D. Gahwiler to amend the M-3 Limited Industrial District <br /> established by Ordinance No. 6082, as amended, as to premises within <br /> that district and described as : <br /> Lots 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 and 14 in Third Rolling Mill <br /> Addition to the City of Decatur, as per plat recorded <br /> in Book 50 page 380 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> said modification and amendment be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> f ile and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the aforementioned M-3 Limited Industrial District <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended and petitioner be, and he is <br /> hereby, permitted to develop and use the above described property <br /> for customer and employee parking and a new garage as described in <br /> said petition and as shown an the plot plan thereof attached hereto , <br /> marked "Exhibit A" and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That petitioner shall provide the Engineering <br /> Division of the City with a detailed site plan of said premises <br /> showing the work to be done and improvements installed, including <br /> access points, curb cuts, storm drainage data, and location of parking <br /> stalls , before any improvement or development of the above-described <br /> premi.ses in accordance with the authorization granted herein. <br /> Section 4 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof, <br /> the heretofore ordained M-3 Limited Industrial District, as amended <br /> by Ordinance N�. 79-135 , and the provisions of ordinance relating <br /> thereto remain in full force and effect and the same remain subject <br /> to all the conditions , limitations and restrictions set out in the <br /> ordinance aforesaid. <br /> PRESE&�TED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this a�day of , <br /> 1980 . <br /> ---_•L� /��i��Gl�� <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . <br /> C <br />
