. � � �� ORDINANCE N0. 0 �3 3 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR May 1 , 1979 THROUGH APRIL 30 , 1980 DECATUR/MACON COUNTY CENTR.ACOM FUND WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year May l, 1979 through April 30 , 1980 , certain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual appropriation ordinance was adopted has now been made available or is anticipated to become available by grants from the State of Illinois Law Enforcement Commission; and, WHEREAS, the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l . That in ac3dition to sums heretofore appropriated the foliowing sums be, and they are hereby, appropriated for the corporate purposes , expenses and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May l, 1979 through April 30 , 1980, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: DECATUR/MACON COUNTY CENTR.ACOM Communication Equipment $113, 600 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items of any appropriation herein may be expended to make up any deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwise so appropriated herein. Section 3. That the aggregate additional revenue estimated to be received as aforesaid subsequent to the adoption of the annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid and not available or anticYpated at the time of the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance be, and it is hereby estimated a} the sum of $114 ,000 the same being in excess of the total amount appropriated hereby.
