. . : � � � 1�93535 y� ,! � ORDINANCE N0 .80-32 �N ORDINANCE AI�INEXING TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS WHEREAS , there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said ClArk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Trinity Church of the Nazarene, by Thomas C. Hi11 , Minister, reauesting that there be annexed to the City territory descr:.bed as : The South 118 . 70 ieet of the North 1163 . 10 feet of the East 370 feet of the North East Quarter of the South West �uarter of Section 20 Township Z6 North, , Range 3 East of the 3rd P .M. ;and, ' Wh�REAS , it appears said petition �s sisned '�y the ownerG of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51� of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any City, Village or Incorporated Town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS , notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given �s required. NOVv', THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, TLLINOIS : Section 1 . That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby approved. Section 2 . That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any , be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Il.linois , a municipal corporation. Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attacned hereto zn� made a part hereof . � Section 4 . That the City Clerk cause certi�ied copies of th�s ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of M3con County, I�Zinois .
