'/1111(ij�o��� <br /> ORD INANCE NO. �U - �J,� <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING REGULATION <br /> OF VEHICLE PARKING NEAR INTERSECTIONS <br /> BE IT URDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Department of Public Works be, <br /> and it is hereby, authorized to restrict the standing or <br /> parking of motor vehicles near any intersection in the <br /> City by supplying appropriate signs or markings giving <br /> notice of such restrictions. <br /> Section 2. That the authority delegated hereby be, <br /> and it is hereby, limited to either side of each intersecting <br /> street for a distance not to exceed fifty feet from the <br /> nearest right of way line of the other street which is <br /> intersected. <br /> Section 3. That restriction of standing or parking <br /> a vehicle more than fiften feet from said right of way line <br /> shall be imposed, excepting the ninety day temporary <br /> authority heretofore delegated to the Chief of Police, <br /> only upon order of the Council. <br /> Section 4.
