,��c�o�u�m <br /> ORDINANCE NO,���=- 1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - NORTH AND CHURCH - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l . That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on North Street approaching <br /> Church Street from either the east or west shall stop and yield <br /> the right-of-way to vehicles on ��� Street which have entered <br /> the intersection of said streets or which are approaching so <br /> closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed <br /> at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
