That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be , and it is hereby, amended at Section 10 of <br /> Chapter 49 thereof by substituting the figures 81 in lieu <br /> of the figures 82 and the figures 102 in lieu of the figures <br /> 103 therein. <br /> Section 2 .
