.� <br /> • �.� .. .�����t��iLM� <br /> ORDINANCE N0.�2� <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> MAY 1 , 1979 THROUGH APRIL 30, 1980 <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> WHEREAS , subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the <br /> annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 1979 <br /> through April 30 , 1980 , certain additional revenue not available <br /> and no t then anticipated to be available when said annual <br /> appropriation ordinance was adopted has now been made available <br /> or is anticipated to become available by grantsfrom the United <br /> States Department of Interior through the Illinois Department of <br /> Conservation or through Heritage Conservation and Recreation <br /> Services . <br /> WHEREAS, the aggregate of the additional revenue so made �', <br /> available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to <br /> the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid <br /> is in excess of the total amount hereinafter appropriated. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the following sums be, and they are hereby, <br /> appropriated for the corporate purposes, expenses and lawful <br /> charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1 , 1979 through April <br /> 30 , 1980 , said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: <br /> LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION GRANT PROGRAM <br /> Contractual title search services $ 6, 625 <br /> Contractual legal services 5 ,000 <br /> Contractual appraisal services 5, 000 <br /> Land acquisition 100, 000 <br /> Relocation expenses 153 , 750 <br /> Total $270 , 375 <br />
