Z� ''I l� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 7th day of February, 1980 , upon due notice , <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission heid a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Gary Ziegler to rezone premises described as : <br /> Lots One and Two in Block 2 of Crowder and <br /> Cornthw�.ts Addition of lots to the City of Decatur, <br /> as per plat recorded in Book 22 , page 477 of the records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from M-1 LTGHT TNDUSTRIAL DISTRICT to M-2 HEAVY <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, approved for use as an industrial scrap processing <br /> business, subject to applicable requirements of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Section 4 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No . 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described <br /> there in. <br />
