In case <br /> of emergency, vehicles may cross sidewalk or curb if the <br /> sidewalk or curb is protected by wooden planking having <br /> a miniinum thickness of three inches (3") . This is for emergency <br /> use only and must be removed immediately after use. <br /> 5. PERMITS <br /> The licensee shall provide the name of the property <br /> owner and the address of the property, and the description <br /> and extent of the proposed construction. A plan will be <br /> required for any permit involving non-standard design. The <br /> fee for each permit issued shall be Ten Dollars ($10 .00) . <br /> A permit shall not include work proposed for more than one <br /> location or more than one owner. The permit must be kept <br /> on the job site and exhibited upon request. <br />
