The construction of commercial uses in this area is consistent with the existing commercial uses <br /> on the east side of the adjacent Illinois Route 121. Other commercial uses can be found% mile <br /> north on Rt 121 and Firehouse road. In addition,%2 mile from the area is the commercial area <br /> which spans from Fitzgerald Road to US Rt 36. <br /> 2. The site is bordered by Rt 121,classified as an expressway,to the east. Lost Bridge Road,to the <br /> north of the site, operates as a collector road. <br /> 3. The site will be served by Village of Long Creek Water. <br /> 4. The site will be served by private sewage disposal systems. Uses within the site will be <br /> restricted to the sewage flow that can be adequately accommodated by such systems. <br /> 5. Any development within the area will provide construction jobs. <br />
